The hiqh-quality refurbished building was a former aroma factory in which have been produced essential oils until 1992. Since 2013 there have been developed modern apartments. The studio is located on high ground flour and equipped with a couy terrace. It only takes 10 walking minutes to the city centre or the city park.

Electric mobility
A charging station is located in the immediate vicinity of each apartment. In the capital of electromobility we provide you with a chip card of the public charging network for charging. Billing is monthly according to consumption.
